Job Description

– Generate and qualify leads

.- Conduct market research and surveys when needed.
– Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

IT Software Sales Manager / Engineer

Job Description

This exciting and key role is responsible for coordinating with the customers, sales team and technical team throughout the sales cycle and after sales as well. Understanding customer requirements, needs and budget in the first place and then carrying on the collaboration towards a comprehensive solution, and ultimately a deal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve designated quarterly and yearly sales quota
  • Develop sales strategy in the allocated sectors (Software, Mobile Apps)
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and an up-to-date status of deals in progress
  • Build, manage and progress a pipeline to achieve sales objectives and targets
  • Craft and Write technical responses and content for proposals in response to customer RFI, RFQ, RFP or queries
  • Estimate and Develop budget for the proposals
  • Work closely with Sales Team and prospective customer as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) during
    sales calls and sales visit
  • Negotiate commercials and terms for the contract and agreements with the customers
  • Work closely with Technical Team and the customer to ensure effective After Sales Support by making sure that the solution, being designed and delivered, meets customer need and


• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Software, Computer Science or relevant field
• MBA could be a plus
• At least 3 years of experience in Software and Technical Sales
• At least 1 year of experience in UAE or GCC
• Good experience of dealing with large enterprises and government entities
Other Requirements:
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Fluency in Arabic will be a huge plus point
